What is the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé M Sport?

BMW’s 2 Series range is a bit confusing. Despite being one of the newest series, launching with the sporty coupé and convertible models, you can now get a few other styles, including people carriers and this coupé-like saloon.

The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé is exactly that – a compact saloon model designed to look like a coupé with a pair of rear doors.

Buy one of these in desirable M Sport trim for sportier styling and higher levels of standard equipment.

What are the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé M Sport specs?

Engine choice for the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé M Sport is pretty slim, however what’s on offer is really good, so you won’t find yourself wanting anything else.

There’s a 1.5-litre petrol, badged 218i, and a 2.0-litre model, badged 220i, which have 136hp and 178hp respectively.

Longer-distance drivers might prefer to go for the 150hp and 190hp 2.0-litre diesels, badged 218d and 220d.

Used BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé M Sport features and equipment

M Sport is the highest trim you can get, and even the oldest models get things like soft-touch leather upholstery, heated seats, cruise control, LED headlights and all-round parking sensors.

The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé M Sport also gets a digital dashboard as well as the standard-fit infotainment system, which works with Apple CarPlay.
