Start nowThe Volkswagen Polo R-Line is the top-of-the-range model from VW that gets a sporty body kit and generally more aggressive styling.
It's been around since the fifth generation, adding a sporty look to the standard car.
If you don't need the added performance of the GTI then a used Polo R-Line is for you.

The Polo R-Line offers three different powertrain configurations.
All are based on the same 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine, but one has a five-speed manual while the other two are mated to a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox with slight variations in power outputs.
These small engines mean you benefit from excellent fuel economy, ranging from a claimed 50.4mpg up to 54.3mpg.
Get behind the wheel and you're greeted with a pleasant overall driving experience that's similar to its rivals.
No matter the gearbox, you're getting a smooth drive with plenty of confidence from all the driver assistance tech onboard.
Being the top-spec model, the Polo R-Line gets everything the Polo offers, from Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a large infotainment screen and comfortable seats.
R-Line-specific features include a sporty body kit, larger alloy wheels and a whole host of 'R' badges dotted throughout the cabin.
You do get other features such as a leather steering wheel, sports seats and aluminium pedals for a more premium finish.
A Polo R-Line for sale sits at the top of the Polo range, above the Life and Style trims. If you want a faster version, however, then the Polo GTI is the one to pick, offering 207hp and 320Nm of torque from its 2.0-litre engine.
Rivals to a secondhand Polo R-Line include the Honda Jazz, Skoda Fabia and Ford Fiesta.
The Polo R-Line features a sportier overall design with unique exterior details such as larger alloy wheels and a more angular body kit. While the R-Line offers a more dynamic appearance, both models share similar performance and mechanical attributes.
Being a hatchback, the Polo's 351-litre boot is far smaller than the T-Roc's 445 litres.
The Polo has a range of driver assistance features but its most important include lane assist, front assist with a city emergency braking system and predictive pedestrian monitoring.
The Polo R-Line can do the 0-62mph sprint in 15.5 seconds.
No, the GTI is a performance model whereas the R-Line is purely a styling change over the standard model.
